Similar to the English saying "like father, like son", we have saying "flogs child is flog (even its tadpole)" in Japan. I was often rebellious to my father and keep thinking why I am his daughter. However, my feeling has completely changed when I gained my age. I am very proud of being his daughter after I realized how fantastic my father was/is. This is my message book for my father based on my childhood memories with him.
